After about day and a half of riding around the property, I see my kids walking back! Apparently the little razor stalled out on them and it would idle but bog down and wouldn't move. It would sound like the revs are bouncing off a rev limiter.
The conditions today were a little wet as it rained the night before, so of course what kid wouldn't want to go thru mud and water.
So far I have managed to was it off so I can see what the heck I'm looked at. She is idling just fine, tries to rev but bounces up and down and won't move. No check engine line. I also have a charger on the battery. Checked the air filter, that's not clogged, did a visual inspection everywhere and it seems all is in tact. I am suspecting water in an electrical connector somewhere causing the issue. The only other thing I can think of is possibly bad gas as they did fill up this morning.
Anybody else run into this? Oh and it's an efi motor (2016).
